Thank you for taking the first step towards lifelong change. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to help you change things for the better, overcome low self-esteem, and create change. My personal experience and over a decade of experience coaching others is that this is no small achievement, as we are all creatures of habit. But, with the right support and coaching, I know that I can help you achieve anything. The way I do this is through an initial assessment and working with you to create an individual program of action. I hold in-person and Skype sessions, and charge $115 per 60-minute appointment that needs to be paid online 72 hours in advance.
Together, we will look at the triggers, extinguish fear, get rid of the demons blocking your mental juices from flowing, and really think hard about what you want your life legacy to be. That's right - you have to think about your life from the end looking backward. If you can think about everyday as your last, and a gift, then you will be more likely to follow the right path and goals and achieve the things that really matter.
This is, in essence, my objective in working with you as a life and career coach. I am not a guru or an expert in your life. Only you know what your strengths and weaknesses are, but that is not the point. Our goal working together will be to harness your potential to achieve everything you have been blessed to have, to achieve, and to overcome. Your limitations - if there are any - will not define you unless that is the story you tell yourself.
Speaking of a story, my greatest gift to my clients are that I help them tell their story better. Whether you are a CEO of a big company or a working professional or a student, I help you distill the central components of your life story so that you can share it with ease, with passion and with impact. Remember that your life's success will depend on how well you tell the story of who you are - uniquely as you can - and to impress on the assets you bring to a school, workplace, or corporate culture in the capacity you want to serve.
